North Florida Office Buildings is an independent matching service. We are not builders, and we are not a licensed contractor. We pass each request to one partner steel building contractor based in North Florida, and that firm is the one who calls you, prices the office and carries out construction under its own contract and license. If the request turns into a project, the contractor may pay us. Asking for a price is free, and it creates no obligation.
How it works

Sketch out the offices you need
Let us know the parcel, how many people will work there, whether you want one story or two, and the kind of exterior you picture. A list of rooms or a photo of a building you like is plenty to begin.

A steel building contractor builds a price
They look at the lot and the plan, then price the frame, the exterior finish and any foundation, site, mechanical and interior work you want them to manage.
- 03
Compare, choose and then commit
Review the proposal next to others that cover the same building. No material is bought and no crew is scheduled until you sign the contractor's contract.
